Queen’s Silver Medal Awards Ceremony.

Last night the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights presented the four prize winners from The Queen’s Silver Medal Competition 2021 with their awards at a Court Meeting in Ironmongers’ Hall. The prize winners were:

The Queen’s Silver Medal & £1,500 – Cameron Rogers of Babcock International Group, Plymouth
The Shipwrights’ Bronze Medal & £1,000 – James Atkinson of BAE Systems, Barrow-in-Furness
The Derek Kimber Medal & £750 – Ben Turnough of BAE Systems, Barrow-in-Furness
Most Notable Endeavour & £500 – Harrison Chivers of Pendennis Shipyard Limited, Falmouth
The Company Prize was awarded to Pendennis Shipyard Limited Shipyard, Falmouth and was collected by Mr Steve Hancock, the Training Manager.
